1. 1/31(週二)上午10:00-12:00蘇美仁居士為往生家人啟請金剛經誦經超薦法會，並特別準備精緻美味午齋供眾結緣，歡迎大眾踴躍參加，誦經功德回向。
Next Tuesday, Jan 31, 2012, 10am -12nn, Helen So is requesting for memorial prayers for her deceased sister. During the ceremony, Diamond Sutra will be chanted followed by the memorial ceremony. She has also offered a delicious vegetarian lunch afterwards. Everybody is invited to pray and dedicate the merits.
2. 自2/3起，每週五晚上7:30-9:30，禪寺將安排影片欣賞，特別為大眾挑選如梁皇寶懺、玄奘大師等有關佛教及中國文化的精彩影片，歡迎大眾回到禪寺觀賞。
Starting Feb. 3, every Friday, 7:30 – 9:30pm, the monastery has arranged film viewing for interested students. Videos like the story behind Liang Huang Repentance Liturgy, the story of Master Xuan Zang, or videos about many aspects of Chinese history and culture, etc. will be shown. Everybody is welcome.
3. 2/6(禮拜一)是正月十五元宵節，當天上午10:30-11:30禪寺將舉行佛前大供，也歡迎大眾回來誦經精進共修及用午齋。
Feb. 6 (Monday) is lunar date of 1/15, the Yuan Xiao Festival in Chinese culture. A ceremony of Grand Meal Offering before the Buddha will be held at 10:30-11:30am. Everybody is invited to attend this auspicious event and lunch.
4. 同時，禪寺也邀請大眾寫下您在海天禪寺的點滴心得，舉凡禪七、半日禪、參加法會、禪修班或發心義工的心得，都歡迎踴躍投稿，優良作品將為您投稿中台山月刊，以及刊登在禪寺一樓佈告欄。如果您不想用手寫，也可以向法師報名安排採訪寫稿。
Meanwhile, the monastery is encouraging all students and disciples to submit reflections about their various experiences in the monastery, be it attending Chan-7 retreats in Chung Tai, half day retreats, participating in Dharma ceremonies, attending meditation classes, or even as a volunteer. Outstanding articles may be posted on our 1st floor bulletin board, and may also be submitted to Chung Tai Monthly Journal in Taiwan
5. 住持法師慈悲，特別開放小參時間，希望能了解學員禪修的狀況，並提供大眾諮詢佛法及個人生活問題的機會，欲報名小參者，請洽見鏘法師。
In her compassion to help students who are encountering problems with their sitting meditation, or their study of the Buddha Dharma, or even personal difficulties, the Abbess is accepting appointments for one-on-one Chan sessions. If you wish to consult with the Abbess, please make your appointment with Master Jianqiang.
6. 最後一件好消息：發心週六梁皇寶懺共修當週總功德主，發心功德主及其家人皆可至佛前獻供拈香，歡迎大眾踴躍發心，培德積福。
Lastly, very good news: Every Saturday evening, during the Liang Huang Repentance Ceremony, any disciple and his/her family members can register to be the benefactor/s for the night. During the ceremony, the benefactor/s gets to come forward to the altar to make the current offering, and also incense offering. Everybody is encouraged to participate to gain auspicious merits.
