Schedule of Classes and Activities for the 3rd Semester of 2010

What is the meaning of life?
Where can we find peace of mind and true happiness?
How do we resolve conflicts and end suffering?

Through Zen Meditation, we can reach an understanding (Enlightenment) of life's difficulties and thereby gain true wisdom and peace of mind. The key to enlightenment is by reflecting inward into our own minds and attaining unbiased perceptions of reality.
